The Koko Incident was a mass poisoning in [insert city] in the far south of the Reska Union[confirmation needed] carried out by Jearstek Flijt Reivest (Far South Reska: [ˈjeə̯ɐ̯stək flai̯t ˈʁeivəst]), which resulted in the death of 87 people.
Incident
Jearstek had opened a drink stand along [road], exclusively selling Koko milk. About a quarter of the sold drinks contained a deadly dose of <drug>, a fast acting poison. At around Meal 6, the deaths caused by the stand's Koko milk triggered a police investigation. A few officers were sent to arrest Jearstek, but he took a civilian hostage in an attempt to deter the police from arresting him[confirmation needed]. He was shot, hospitalized, then arrested. He was charged with 87 counts of murder, 147 counts of attempted murder, and 87 counts of selling consumables without a license [what about the other 147 people?]

Jearstek was around 27 years old at the time of his arrest. Jearstek only ever identified himself as KokoSchark (English: Koko Spider) to anyone but the authorities.
